Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026.

Agreement

By using the SYNTALYN website or client portal, you agree to these terms. If you're using them for a business, you confirm you're authorized to accept on its behalf. Signed service agreements, statements of work or order forms take precedence over these terms where they conflict.

Accounts

Portal access is granted to named people on a client account. You're responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for telling us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Account owners and admins may invite or remove people on their own account.

Acceptable use

  • Don't attempt to access another organization's data or bypass access controls.
  • Don't probe, scan, overload or disrupt the platform.
  • Don't use the services to send unlawful, deceptive or unconsented communications.
  • Don't resell or copy the platform without written permission.
  • You're responsible for having the legal right to the customer data and contact lists you bring into the platform.

Services and third-party platforms

Our systems connect to third-party platforms — for example customer-relationship, advertising, calendar, telephony and payment services. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, are outside our control, and may change or become unavailable. Third-party names are used for compatibility reference only and don't imply partnership.

Fees

Fees, packages, add-ons and any usage-based rates are those stated in your order form or agreement. Unless your agreement says otherwise, recurring fees are billed in advance, one-time work is billed as scheduled, and usage-based amounts are billed as incurred. Advertising budgets you fund for Google, Meta or similar platforms are separate from SYNTALYN service fees.

Client responsibilities

Delivery depends on timely access, approvals and information from you — accounts, domains, brand materials, service details and responses to onboarding requests. Delays in those items shift delivery timelines.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our platform, software, templates, methods and documentation. You retain ownership of your business content and data. On full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables produced for your business.

No professional advice

Our services are marketing, administrative and operational systems. Nothing we provide is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and regulated decisions remain with your own qualified personnel.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, rankings, booking rates or revenue. Outcomes depend on your market, capacity, pricing, budget and follow-through.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but the services are provided "as is" and may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages or events beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement as described in the applicable agreement. On termination, portal access ends and outstanding fees for work performed remain payable.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after we post an update means you accept the revised terms.
