Who we are
SYNTALYN Revenue Systems builds and operates websites, customer-relationship automation, scheduling, reporting and related growth systems for service businesses. This policy covers our marketing website and our client portal.
Information we collect
- Details you submit in a form — name, business name, email, phone and the notes you write.
- Client portal account information — your email, role on the account, sign-in timestamps and the notification settings you choose.
- Business records inside your portal, such as leads, appointments, requests, documents and reports belonging to your organization.
- Basic usage and referral data (pages visited, campaign parameters such as UTM tags, referring site) used to measure marketing performance.
How we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver and support the services you've engaged us for, operate and secure your portal account, produce your performance reports, send the account emails you've opted into, and improve our own marketing.
How information is shared
We share information only with the service providers that run parts of our platform on our behalf — for example hosting, database and authentication, customer-relationship software, email delivery and analytics. They may use it only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
Client data and separation
Each client organization's records are stored under access rules that restrict them to that organization's authorized users and to authorized SYNTALYN personnel who support the account. Portal users see only their own organization's data.
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can update your business contact details and notification preferences inside the portal, unsubscribe from non-essential emails, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us through our contact page.
Cookies and measurement
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, if configured, analytics or advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Security
We use authenticated access, encrypted transport and per-organization access rules to protect data. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll revise the date above and post the updated version on this page.
