Am I an employee of Syntalyn?
No. Growth Partners are independent. There is no salary and no guaranteed income — earnings come from revenue your clients actually pay.
Who delivers the work?
Syntalyn does. We scope, build, run and support the systems, and we stay accountable for delivery and client support.
How am I paid?
You earn an initial commission when a client's payment clears, plus a recurring share while they stay with us. Rates are set in your partner agreement and shown in your portal.
Do I need technical experience?
No. You need relationships and the willingness to have honest business conversations. Training covers the products and the sales process.
Can I keep my current work or other product lines?
Yes. Many partners represent complementary services. Tell us about them in your application.
