Service Terms
Version syntalyn-services-2026-09-21. These terms cover how paid SYNTALYN service plans are billed, cancelled and delivered. The scope of what each plan includes and excludes is shown on the pricing page and repeated in writing on the quote you accept.
When billing starts
The setup fee and the first month are charged together when the customer accepts and pays at checkout. Each following month renews in advance on that same date.
Cancellation
Month-to-month. Cancel any time before the next renewal date and no further charges are taken; service continues to the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not refund a period already in progress.
Refunds
Setup work not yet performed is refundable. Work already completed is not refundable. A duplicate or mistaken charge is corrected in full.
Results
No business outcome is guaranteed — not leads, rankings, bookings or revenue.
Delivery timing
Timing is quoted against the milestones in the agreed scope and starts when we receive the access and content we need from the customer. No fixed calendar date is promised.
Website and portal use
Accounts, acceptable use, data and liability are covered by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where a signed service agreement or accepted quote conflicts with this page, that document takes precedence.
